Our office staff will give you a call within one business day to schedule a time for your home’s inspection.
When the CSI Exterminators technician arrives at your home, he will ask a few questions about pest issues you may have seen, or concerns you may have. He’ll then proceed with an inspection of your home to identify any existing pest concerns. He’ll also make an assessment and recommendations for correcting any conditions around the home that may lead to future pest issues.
If you decide you would like to hire CSI Exterminators to take care of your pest issues, your service technician will ask you to sign a service agreement. The service agreement is simple, it outlines the pests that we’ll be treating, the price you will be charged, and how often we recommend your home be serviced.
You will NOT be asked to sign a service contract for any given period of time. We want to continue serving your family because you are happy with the service we provide, not because your stuck in a contract. If at any time you would like to place your service on hold, or need to cancel, simply give us a call and let us know.
